The Nottinghamshire Fit for Work Support in Work Service is a free service designed to support local people across Nottinghamshire to stay healthy and in work.
The Support in Work Team consists of a number of dedicated health professionals who provide an easy to access specialist service which meets the unique needs of employees who are struggling with health problems and remaining in employment.
Their one-to-one support includes:
- A health professional assessing the needs of the employee alongside their job role;
- Identifying if modifications or adjustments are needed;
- Liaising with you as the employer if required;
- Helping employees to overcome barriers and manage their work/life balance.
